In order to offer you the best possible service, please follow the following steps:

Medical Assistance

Contact the Best Travel Assistance Assistance Center to report your situation and thus provide you with the required assistance. It is important that you have on hand:

  • Voucher Number.
  • Telephone number where we can contact you.

Once you have contacted the Assistance Center and spoken to our staff, we will call you again shortly to provide answers on the next steps to follow based on your location.

If you cannot contact the Assistance Center, you will have 24 hours to notify the event.


Non Medical Assistance

Loss of luggage

This service operates by reimbursement with prior authorization from the Best Travel Assistance Assistance Services Center and governed by the times established in the reimbursement procedures.

In case of luggage delay, follow these instructions:


Immediately when the luggage is missing, go to the airline or responsible person within the same premises where the luggage arrives. Request and complete the P.I.R. form. (Property Irregularity Report).

Before leaving the airport, contact the Best Travel Assistance Assistance Center by telephone to notify the loss of your luggage.
